I guess it’s a good thing we were so concerned about the right to speak our opinions being outlawed by a ruling class that we guaranteed it by making it the very first amendment in our Bill of Rights when we formed the country.

"We will always be on the side of working people", Farage's 'Letter to the Nation' says today.

What he neglects to admit is that Reform plans to cut £300+ billion from the public services that these "working people" rely on every day.

Today we’ll get latest net immigration figures - They’ll show immigration for work is plummeting.

Why is this not part of the discussion on Rachel Reeves balancing her books & stalled growth?

For every 100,000 drop in net immigration, the OBR adds £7bn to the deficit. #r4today

Carney: We know that this decades-long process of our ever-closer economic relationship between Canada and the US has ended. And as a consequence of that, many of our strengths have become our vulnerabilities, particularly in those industries that are most tightly integrated with the US….

Imagine spending ALL your political capital backing the wrong horse.

Labour, take a bow. You've stitched yourselves up like an industrial sewing machine gone rogue.

You deserve everything that's coming to you for your utter, utter blinkered stupidity in cosplaying Reform with such gusto.

🇪🇺President @VonDerLeyen's VP has gone off script with a rare honest assessment of Trump's behaviour toward Europe.

"It is blackmail."

Will VDL 'breton' her? Or is this a coordinated good cop/bad cop routine – with Ribera able to say things VDL can't?

I don't see how Tesla's Model 3 can survive if Benz can offer an alternative EV this cheap, with this kind of performance, on top of the 15% tariff that it's charged in the US.

Imagine what this model does to Tesla in Europe, where Benz pays no tariffs.

That is roughly one in five households in the party’s local strongholds.

You only really see how fundamentally broken Britain is when you take the time to look.

Example: international postage. We pay much MUCH more to send letters to the rest of the world than they do to send them to us.

UK to anywhere else: £3.40
Other countries to UK: 68p to £2.15
