💯 fab work @marinednadude.bsky.social + team on minimim reporting for #metabarcoding. At Natural England, we’re building on this to create a readiness framework for #metabarcoding assays, and mobilising DNA data with partners. All key to ⬆️ useability + reliability of DNA data! 💪🏻 🧬 stay tuned 👀
Timely and important paper on guidelines for workflows and reporting of #eDNA #metabarcoding data. Hugely relevant to ongoing discussions within #ukeof #ukdnawg about standards and data mobilisation @lynseyrharper.bsky.social @danread.bsky.social
