Lots of challenges for sustained human presence on the Moon. One of them is dealing with regolith:

One of the insane things I don't understand about governments, whether Kier Starmer or local municipalities, trying to woo data center construction is that there are literally no onsite jobs besides some security guys. Confusing data mining with ore mining???
