Read Wonder Woman Earth One vol 1, it's good so far! I totally understand why some wouldn't be a fan, but I feel like a lot of the more angry discourse comes from viewing it as if it's trying to be a definitive WW book, instead of the elseworld exploration of Morrison's ideas that it is

honestly the biggest innovation of arknights wasn't even the animal girls, it was an operator centric techwear fetish military setting that wasn't politically repulsive to an astonishing degree (GFL also kinda counts for this, but arknights comes out a bit ahead by being more interested in history)

Fraction's Batman starts so good, it makes all the weird outrage about the previews w/ Bruce being "out of character" funnier, just didn't even attempt to chew at anything lmao

Really funny seeing extended Tokon gameplay footage and the stages don't even transition past a point (looks like theyre segmented into 3 & only transition in/out of the round start screen?), throws only do it *in* the corner, and thinking how worked up everyone got over this lol

yea honestly reading this for myself this really doesnt come off as "game devs should start using genAI for large-scale games", more "games are getting too big and unsustainable to make and to keep it up theyre gonna have to resort to shit like genAI". not advocacy but lament for the state of things
