We’ve had an Archie Bunker for the modern age during the whole run of South Park and his name is Hank Hill
I never bought the "Cartman is just Archie Bunker for the modern age!" because Archie actually learned throughout the show, and the humor was never "look at the people he hates" it was "look how ignorant this dude is."
