Do you get notified when someone does this?

Like it’s put a fuzzy boundary there to stop me. Ah well let’s see if I can get back to sleep.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, look up Beaufort's Dyke. That's the Irish Sea trench where the alien spaceship is marooned whose technology emits the perception filter that makes the English unable to see Irish things. There's a Doctor Who special about it which I've seen but you can't.

At that dose you could rub their nose in it with no consequences whatsoever.

Same. They were just the toys from the jam people like the bowler hatted salt shaker was from the flour people.

That'll be par for the course until FWS is overturned or new legislation is passed, I fear.

Parliament expressed its intent in 2010 by enacting s. 14 of the Equality Act 2010, and enacting the powers in ss. 207 and 216 to comence s. 14.

I am perfectly familiar with constitutional and public law so you don't need to explain the ins and outs. This would not be in any way unprecendented or usurping the judiciary's role. Provided it is made within vires and approved according to the delegating Act, delegated legislation is good law

This is incorrect. Associations are bound by the Equality Act 2010 in how it is and is not permitted to discriminate.

Section 14 of the Equality Act can be brought into force by the Minister laying a commencement order before both Houses. I think it’s affirmative procedure.

Goodnight sleepy girl.

I skimmed a lot of the narrative and went straight to the reasoning. (Very often I find I read judgments from the bottom up)

This reads like a heavily coded way of saying “if only you uppity trans would be nicer about being excluded”
December 3, 2025 at 4:52 PM
One does have to read judgments with a certain deafness to high frequencies at the moment.
