The TLDR is that houses and people have already been hit, aircraft could be next.

The goal isn’t to scare anyone, it’s just to raise awareness and to start a dialogue. The industry needs to have this conversation now, before an avoidable accident forces it.

It is at redshift 0.25 (lookback time 3.05 billion years) with coordinates (149.74043, 2.60529).
