Any graduate intern positions on the horizon by chance?

And the seats make it very hard to cuddle with a significant other

I do like the reading light tho

Damn it’s such a cool building from the outside

The Red Line does go close enough for a direct east wing infill station entrance

Great on transit. Heard mixed things on highway widenings tho

Wow thank you for asking this! I’m actually working on a project rn and needed to figure this out

Seems like it’d be bumpy at that speed.

Plus I don’t expect a car to go 50mph on that narrow of a guideway.

That’s higher than I expected from a little dinky like that
December 9, 2025 at 5:14 PM
Do you know it’s operating speed?

I’ve read that article. Chitti is great. Just weird that they’re even branding this service at all. In DC, there are corridors with TSP and more bus lanes than here and they’re just considered regular buses
December 7, 2025 at 8:04 PM
I’m struggling to see why they call this line BRT. Unless the map imagery I’m looking at is old, this bus route seems to run in mixed traffic in a one-lane-in-each-direction road for almost all its route and only has a mile of bus lanes which alternate sides.

They have this actually. But it’s real finicky. I’ve only received it my first year riding Amtrak. Others have gotten it every year. 🤷‍♂️

We don’t need to imagine, we have Philadelphia!

How is Hiawatha ridership structured?
December 6, 2025 at 1:20 PM
Weird that it’s only 5 stories given the movement to legalize them for up to 6 stories
December 3, 2025 at 9:49 PM
The cost of a Lyft subscription (which includes Citi bike) is only $200, so NYers can get free bikeshares with their discounted rideshares
November 30, 2025 at 3:00 AM
Not great though that there aren’t any public transit people on this board
November 29, 2025 at 5:29 PM
The story says the city can expand the lifetime of the structure for 20 years. Continually doing that seems like it would have a better ROI than rebuilding the whole thing
November 28, 2025 at 7:31 PM
Ah that’s because 96% of trips are faster with ATO, not that trips are 96% faster
