My favourite thing to come out of Ace Combat 7 was Project Wingman.
Which is not a mark against Ace Combat 7; I am unrepentant in my love of that game. It's just a rare thing when the low budget homage goes just as hard as its inspiration.

If budget wasn't an issue, I wonder if the MACOs in ST:E would have had power armour or some kind of exo-suit.
Like the key difference between Starfleet and "the Military" is effectively different jumpsuits and some CQC. Armour could have visibly demonstrated a different United Earth ideology.

So I think JLPT went okay. My first instinct was "reading comp and grammar was so much easier this year."
Or, maybe a better take, I read like 150 NHK articles this year and spammed grammar practice.
Listening comp was well it was typical. I expect 25 out of 60 on that.

Historical monographs were a big influence in my writing style. You better fucking believed they put whole ass paragraphs between the em-dashes. It's how boring white dudes broke the 4th wall before Deadpool, and I'm not going to stop doing it.
