For the first time since March, neither of the facilities based in Guantánamo Bay (JTF Camp Six, Migrant Ops Center Main A) appeared an the ICE facility list.

It is possible that ICE is still detaining people at these locations. Perhaps fewer people than before.

ICE started holding people at the Fort Bliss, El Paso location in late July/early August. It is now the largest detention center in the country.
