Yesterday a city employee driving a city vehicle shouted, "shut up!" at me when I yelled, "you have a stop sign!" as she failed to even slow down turning through a stop sign and almost hitting me on my bike. Wild.

As someone who knows a family whose child tragically died after being accidentally left in the car on a warm day, no. No anyway, of course, but no *especially.*

It's definitely not in Celsius. No one would wear lobster gloves in 20°C unless they wanted to melt into their bike seat

Also because once you're south of the loop, all bets are off about whether you'll be able to breathe on the red line without hacking up a lung

This is dumb. I think the move is to get back on the red line, even tho I got off the red line to switch to the 6 because this route looked significantly faster with bus timing than going all the way south and then getting the bus.

I could drive home and back in the time it will take a bus to come. It's not even late at night yet, this is ridiculous. @chicagocta.bsky.social @ctaction.org

Uuuh not sure what you mean -- I'll photo and upload when I'm back in my bike room

Yes, for externally routed cables

Mine are a different style than this. They do not have the second Velcro at the pointy snout thing that goes around the bottom part of the drop

Chicago has had one 9/11 worth of people disappeared since the attacks began in September. Los Angeles has had two 9/11s since June.

Shoot, I forgot today would probably be worse. Time to see how my 25mm tires do...
