If you're wondering why the different layers don't exactly line up it's because the court printed the opinion at two different scales relative to the size of the sheet of paper on two different days, meaning that I had to adjust for the size of the printable area.

Definitely how law should work.

Yeah, sure, the Senate did this fun vote after my motion was filed, but like, according to the law they themselves passed, it's not up to them anymore? It's up to the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. But maybe I misread. www.senate.gov/legislative/...
