I’ve been saying this from the start. Trump looks up to Putin and wants to emulate him. Trump sees canada Canada as an Ukraine to the US. He has never been joking about his desire to annex or take over Canada.

The fact they won’t unequivocally shut down the idea of Canada being the 51st state is beyond concerning. Canada is a sovereign state. We will not be annexed or invaded. Shocking that this continues to come from what should be our closest ally.
