Also, LA Synth Club's open mic night 'Patch and Play' is scheduled for this Thursday, as opposed to the typical 4th thursday (which happens to be Thanksgiving, lol). We'd love to see some new faces so if you've been thinking about performing electronic music, please come out!

My second show of the week is tomorrow night at Digital Debris in DTLA. Doors open at 7pm and my set is at 8pm. No cover charge and it's a really rad venue! They have a big wall of TVs and projectors with live visuals.

After my recent downsize, I decided to focus on the things I use most and really click with. This resulted in a few 7u racks which are almost single brand systems but they are mainly geared toward specific ways of working. For example main rack is mostly for sequencing and composition.

Two Eurorack modular systems in Intellijel 7u cases. The top system is mostly made up of modules with silver panels from a company called The Harvestman. The bottom system has a variety of modules with black panels. These modules are signal processors and controller interfaces. A large Eurorack format synthesizer made up of several smaller sub systems. A small eurorack synthesizer with silver panels, black and red banana jacks and surrounded by other modular synth panels.

A modular synthesizer on the left and two groove boxes on the right. The two groove boxes (an Electron Analog Four on top and an Octatrack on the bottom are mounted so that the top box is upright and the bottom one lays flat. The groove boxes are in a latching flight case. The modular synth also has one panel laying flat and another sitting upright, in a manner that mirrors the groove boxes. There is a stomp box effect pedal between them.

BugBrand Chirper, controlled by Prism Ciruits' Hymenium and processed by endorphin.es Evil Pet, sounds immense!
