Building a global, people-powered movement to end the fossil fuel era and create a world grounded in climate justice and powered by safe, fair renewable energy for all.
Cop30 didn't deliver all we hoped for; there were some wins, including recognition of Indigenous territories as a climate solution. It also underscored that climate leadership comes from the people, and we must keep the pressure on our governments to leave fossil fuels in the past!

But strong words from the COP30 Presidency echo the momentum building outside of COP as well for a fossil fuel phase-out roadmap:

For the 1st time we’re SO close to a global plan to phase out coal, oil, & gas.

80+ countries are pushing for a roadmap with deadlines, targets, & practical steps—not just vague promises.

But this is under threat – with only a few hours left to act, we need your voice.

COP30 Presidency’s draft of the final COP text still lacks:

Strong commitment for “transition away from fossil fuels” roadmap towards a fast, fair & funded phase-out of fossil fuels, the primary driver of the crisis.

Adequate & accessible climate finance.

Yesterday, we called attention to the widening climate ambition, finance, & justice gaps blocking real climate progress!

We need to add the fossil fuel phase-out roadmap to the #COP30 agreement, now.

As #COP30 enters its final hours, we are taking action inside the Blue Zone to call attention to the widening climate ambition, finance, and justice gaps blocking real climate progress!

COP30 must deliver real ambition, real finance, and a real fossil-fuel phase-out — not symbolic gestures!

#cop30belém is called the #COP of truth, and the truth is that we need an end to fossil fuels and we need a just energy transition! As #COP30 enters its final days, the path is clear, but now it is up to world leaders to walk it. ✍️ Sign our open letter: bit.ly/LulaActCOP30

Fossil fuels are the #1 reason COPs exist, and the #1 thing we need to get rid of in order to save countless lives and prevent the worst of climate disaster.

Now, for the first time, a real roadmap for transitioning away from oil and gas is gaining support at COP30!

Rich nations are still pouring billions into #FossilFuel subsidies while delaying climate finance pledges.

At #COP30, we demand a clear roadmap to fund renewables, protect nature, and support a just transition rooted in social equity—not profit.

We also screened our powerful #DearAncestors documentary for the first and second time at #COP30.

The project brings together Indigenous voices reading letters to their ancestors, sharing the challenges the world faces in the context of climate change.

"We have to know that our way of life has been proof already. That the older Indigenous people they are very adapted. The way that they live. Today we have lost many things that we used to do but we keep the gesture"

"Stop treating Indigenous leaders as 'stakeholders' and recognize us as 'rightholders' and sovereign peoples. Because symbolic recognition won't save the Amazon. It won't save the Pacific. Only structural change will!"
