In 2008 FM Steinmeier in a speech in Yekaterinburg described Germany’s plan for a “partnership of modernization” with Russia. It would work for the benefit of both sides, reminiscent of the envisioned Dim-Wit-scheme. In 2014 Russia annexed Crimea and occupied parts of eastern Ukraine. Any lessons??

Juist die sobere niet schreeuwerige opmaak verleende dit medium autoriteit en betrouwbaarheid. Dat gaat nu allebei verloren vind ik.
