I’m a graduate of a private Christian school and attended Bible college briefly. Yeah, no accommodations. ADA was new (I graduated in ‘93). Interpreting was deemed as a service for the Lord so it was up to people to volunteer interpret or not. I missed out a lot.

Interesting how, on Facebook, NAD turned off comments in their videos related to the board’s hiatus. They say they’re being transparent but when you don’t allow the public to comment, how is that fostering transparency? Transparency is not a one-way street.

Today is our 25th anniversary! It all started with a friendly encounter at a Halloween party. A year later, he asked me out for a date. The rest is history.
It’s been a wild ride with ups and downs but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s to more adventures with love everlasting!

The husband and I are smiling and posing together by a body of water behind us at Rehoboth Beach last weekend. We each have a bike helmet on top of our baseball cap. We were riding our e-bikes through nature with friends. We made a stop to take pictures.

Even worse, the nurse called the terp agency to follow up. Their response was, “we couldn’t find anyone to take this job”. So, why didn’t you call the doctor’s office? Could have saved all of our time.
