今天有香港網民發起“9.29反極權遊行”，全球有19個國家的42個城市響應，目標是“全球連線 共抗極權”，聲援香港反修例運動。由於遊行沒有向警方申請不反對通知書，警方不敢怠慢，上午大約10時，已經部署兩輛水炮車、兩輛“銳武”裝甲車以及防暴警察到中聯辦駐守。
