HCAD property taxes are 10% more every year - and 10% of a bigger number every year is a bigger $$.
outrageous home insurance premiums keep topping themselves.

I busted out the little red dot for Squeaks last week and now every time I walk towards the cabinet by the stairs where I keep the laser pointer she runs to this step and starts squeaking for play time.
