So now it’s nighttime. These people,some with drug addictions, mental illness, anger management issues, are left with no shelter. Homeless shelters at capacity, prisons full and now frustrated, abused and angry people roam the streets.

I made fondant potatoes tonight to go with a rack of lamb. I was looking for a potato dish that didn’t have tons of butter. Its flavor comes from the chicken stock it is roasted in, not fat. The lamb is one of my husband’s favorite dishes. 🍽️
