I simmer stovetop also! Could you use the approx 3lb pkg of Costco’s boned rotisserie chicken for this pulled chicken recipe? I’ve just discovered this at my local Costco. I made chicken broccoli Alfredo ricotta stuffed ravioli casserole, and the chicken was so moist and tender!
