When prescriptions are written, insurance companies should pay for the drug and allow the patient to decide WHERE and WHO you buy the drugs from. Stop allowing insurance companies to force patients to buy their drugs from pharmaceutical companies that only service their insurance company. #Universal

What he calls "rhetoric" is actually called, "protected speech." He's trained to SPIN everything into a narrative that claims there is an ARMED INVASION of terrorists which then is claimed to be an "insurrection." Even though there isn't an insurection, Trump wants activate the Insurection Act.
