I lived in Oakland 20 years long enough to get Oakland in front of my name, I loved living there, before the dotcom boom wrecked the bay area. No more 1k a month warehouse on the e-ville border, fancy lofts going up everywhere. I miss the 3am burrito truck run on international after seeing a show.
