The Cars: 8.8/10
I finally completed my collection of Cars albums (from their initial run, at least) a few months ago and I’m finally beginning to listen through them now!
Their debut album is a classic of that era, one of the best debut albums in rock. It’ll be hard to top this.

Brown Sugar is one of my favourite albums of the 1990s. A great, breezy soul record of all killer songs front-to-back (yes, even “Sh*t, Damn, Motherf*cker”) made by a phenomenal artist, singer, musician & songwriter. RIP D’Angelo. 🤎
D’Angelo, the neo-soul trailblazer and modern visionary whose three albums were all heralded as classic works of art, has died at age 51.

I was hoping to get a vinyl copy of the new Say She She album before heading out of town for a few days tomorrow and what great timing, my local store finally got it in today!
