Housing prices are set by supply and demand. Housing is distributed according to people’s ability to pay. If we don’t allow new development at the high end of the market, rich people will outbid the poor for the best available existing housing. Building and operating homes costs money.

I'm in favor of eighteen year term limits. Enough time for a kid to grow up and choose a new Senator or Representative, but also long enough for the elected to learn how things work and how to work the system.

Alternatively, an upper age limit would do a lot of good.

Now, I don't know how they do it in Croatia, but every tattoo artist I've met refuses to tattoo drunk people. So the whole "I was drunk and I thought it looked cool!" thing is more than a little sus.
