Socializing with strangers can be super awkward, but is also a core mechanic and significant driver of retention in modern multiplayer games. What provides you the security to communicate? Especially in VR, where embodiment makes everything more real, this seems like a major design hurdle… #vr #mr

New fav idea in XR: Self-Haptic Feedback (developers.meta.com/horizon/reso...). The pinch gesture is so great because you get a "click" feedback on your own finger. Seems like this idea could be expanded- most people close their fist when grabbing, for example, so why not lean into that?
