I guess Trump's autopen's should be, too? Silver lining here or simply edging the US further to civil war? I think the latter. Ignoring this pandering to propaganda that Stephen Himmler vomits out of his mouth & wakes up to wet sheets, is all the regime needs to take itself down without anything.

Yeah, that now. Who'd of figured? Certainly not a washed out, failed news celebrity with very little experience in wartime combat, and a history of drunken incidents while enlisted.
It is unfathomable that the USG lawyers would sign off on a no-survivors boat strike (no get of jail free card).

Trump claims “any document” signed by Joe Biden is “hereby terminated.”
He calls out executive orders later but obviously “any document” would be much broader and include legislation.
(He can’t legally do that but, as always, we get to watch how far he can push this without repercussions)

There is no constitutionally legitimate scenario in which we are being de facto governed by the White House Deputy Chief of Staff using a half-dead president as his sock puppet. We went out of our way to amend the Constitution on precisely this point.
