I often dislike the way that “kindness” is used online. “Be kind” can be a bland platitude. It can be used to shut down fair criticism and debate. Online, kindness can be a performance. When misused like this I think it adds to the suffering in the world rather than reducing it.

I like to incorporate traits of my boyfriend into my MMC and myself into my FMC, so that way we’re always together no matter what reality or universe. Issue is? I fall in love with the character just as I did with my boyfriend.
