KOSA is now in red alert priority.

Please contact your representatives, dem and gop alike, and demand they oppose KOSA!

We need to turn out in numbers against this!

I did a little bit of googling but I don't think the thing I want exists? There are isekai that star accountants but it appears to be more in a generic salaryman sense, nobody's teaching the nobles about GAAP
You know what, I would eat up an isekai about an accountant getting hit by the truck and using basic accounting skills to transform a fantasy world. You could use this to frame a textbook and it would be charming

#Opossum in the “paradise garden”mural cycle of Malinalco, Mexico, c. 1535/1585. The cycle is a rare survivng example of early colonial art with Indigenous artists in Spanish churches mixing native & European styles and filling Christian scenes with native fauna & flora.

#Opossum characters are found in several Mesoamerican codices; here is an amazing sequence from the Aztec Codex Fejérváry-Mayer of an opossum warrior-god performing a ritual decapitation:

Keffiyehs everywhere in Boston, pretty evenly distributed across the crowd. Saw a lot of older white women wearing them. MA Peace Action had a table and they got a lot of signatures and distributed a lot of literature on Gaza.
Can report back from the Charlotte No Kings that "free Palestine" is now, if not the normie lib position, then at least fully accepted among the normie libs. Lots of signs and flags scattered about, no apparent drama at all.

A while back I realized much of what I micro blogged was just me processing stuff out loud, & not in a way that had any benefit for myself or the topic. Often it could just be me articulating my most negative thoughts & foisting them on others! So I had a witch shrink me & now I live in a dollhouse.
I am updating my resume and I hate it so much

Examples of how fascist untruths get regurgitated as fact by LLMs are ubiquitous, but this one is really jarring. The Harvard Kennedy School article Gemini scraped is entirely about how the claim is false. Gemini cannot parse this, instead sharing DHS propaganda as fact when you search her name.

- At some point in the future, you may want to attend a protest where real opsec is necessary. You should own a dumbwatch, so you can know the time without having a phone. Casios are like $30 and come in cute colors.

- Always wear sunscreen; and you will never regret bringing a water bottle.

- Protests can serve many purposes. If it does nothing but bolster the morale of the protesters themselves, it's a success.

- Democratic party protests often gather your email, because the point of the protest was to form an email list. That's OK! A protest that connects activists is a good protest

Here are some thoughts about protests:

- "NoKings" is not the kind of protest you need to do serious opsec for. The mass of boring liberals will protect you. You can take your phone, but TURN OFF FACEID AND TOUCHID. If you're still worried, wear your normal facemask (you're still masking, right?).
Head to a protest today. I can almost promise you will feel less hopeless. That's exactly what they don't want. There are more of us than there are of them.

Yeah, they also tried to trick me into paying for their “AI.” Pay attention every time they say they’re increasing their fees bc they are likely sneaking things past you.
