The likelihood of dying by bomb or drone is lower now. But materially... not much else has changed. Hardly any jobs. Very few habitable buildings left. Disease rampant and treatment scarce. And a hard winter ahead.

This confirms what I’ve been sensing. People think that conditions are vastly different in Gaza now. They’re not!

The only thing that has changed is that bombs aren’t constantly dropping. That’s it. People are still hungry and thirsty and sick and cold and living in tents or sleeping on the ground.

It’s hard to convey just how much Chicagoans are mobilizing against ICE. Don’t want to downplay the harm, or make it seem like a fair fight. But in neighborhoods across this city, ICE is getting chased by people blowing whistles and shouting. People are running TOWARD ICE to protect their neighbors.

- if you decide you’re trans, then you’re trans.

- neopronouns & xenogenders are hella cool.

- everyone should be able to get HRT if they want.

- you don’t need to medically transition or have dysphoria to be trans.

- liberation not assimilation.
