The audacity of the Trump led crowd at DOJ- again failing to reveal any and all Epstein material. Redactions are a cover up. This time however, the ball is in the courts of justice. Defying court orders or Congressional mandates, and allowing it to continue, only diminishes judicial review.
The Epstein Files Transparency Act clearly states that the Attorney General "shall make publicly available all unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials."
Not some, but ALL.

A federal judge didn’t “steal” the Commander-in-Chief’s powers—she ruled that DoD exceeded the limits Congress set. That is the rule of law working as designed. What threatens the Republic isn’t judicial review, but officials who insist they’re above it.
