What to try when you have an art block? I usually start on a background! Grab 4 colors max, get your fingers in that paint, and start playing! I like to use my fingers sometimes cause it grounds me. Obviously you can use whatever you like, but get out of your head and paint! #Art

Both! It are various layers on top of each other. The first layers are thinned with water and some paint I let run on its own.

I have a confession to make: 90% of the time I have a messy desk! None of that clear space, clear head nonsense. It does not work for me. I make just enough space to work and I just start. I do keep materials together so I can find stuff easily. But a clean desk? Maybe twice a year? #Art #ADHD

My biggest change over the past time is that I have become way more consistent with both creating and posting. Sometimes it’s hard because depression demotivates me and it’s hard for me to start. But after I start, I usually feel so much better. A small sketch is a victory. #Art

Do you have a place you go to get inspired? For me it’s anywhere that has animals or nature. So the zoo, parks, forests, lakes etc. I like to take pictures that I can use later. I think my favorite place is the Ocean at Burgers zoo. It’s soooo pretty! #Art
