Palestinian journalist, Saleh Al-Jafarawi, has been killed in Gaza City. Al Jazeera says the 28-year-old was targeted by members of Israel-linked 'militia' fighting Hamas in the Sabra neighbourhood.

The pain for this man in the video is palpable.

Professor McKay was amazing. I was fortunate enough to work with her at GCU and take some of her classes (I made a point of choosing the option modules she taught). Insightful, engaging, and left such a great legacy.

A UK doctor who worked in Gaza both before and after October 2023 tells BBC viewers that Israel had been imposing a siege on the strip for years prior, tightly controlling entry and restricting what people could bring with them.

Gaza has been under a blockade for the last 18 years. Since 2005.
