Where do our IL-09 primary candidates stand on section 230 and KOSA? @katmabu.bsky.social @danielbiss.bsky.social @laurafine4congress.bsky.social (My view: section 230 repeal and KOSA are both wins for big tech and people who want to censor progressive and queer voices online)

She offered me $2600 to self-deport.
I refused.

They didn't tell me the judge had already ordered my release and return to Minnesota.’

All borders use the same geographic scale (1:175000). The European cities have been rotated and/or flipped, but not resized.

Zohran’s messaging is so consistent. Government does amazing things for us all. We’re all in this together, citizens and city workers alike, because we’re one and the same. When people believe in that, they’re ready to ask the government to do more, and more difficult things
We're getting a snowstorm tomorrow. But New York City is prepared.

Apparently knowing how to spell means your protest is illegitimate?
Bondi: "It's extremely organized. The signs they have are all matching, they're well written. And look at what's happening today. How did these people go out & get gas masks? These protesters. Would you know how to walk out on the street and buy a gas mask? Think about that. We're not gonna have it"

@durbin.senate.gov Please please please vote against funding ICE. DHS leadership is actively lying to protect ICE agents who are murdering civilians in cold blood. There is no amount of "training" that can fix this. As a constituent I am begging you.

As shocking as the terms of US exit from the international community have been, the terms on which the US will re-enter the system (someday) will be even more shocking to a leadership class accustomed to being the leaders of the world

It’s currently operating totally outside of our constitutional rules. Habeas corpus , due process of law, equal protection, freedom of speech, 4th amendment protections against search and seizure, are all not being enforced in any common sense or meaningful way.

Seems like "preventing DHS from detaining and deporting U.S. citizens" would be an easy line to stand on, but we're talking about Democrats here.

1. It's been more than a day since 2 of America's most storied newsrooms, CBS and ABC, reported that killer ICE agent Jon Ross suffered "internal bleeding" based on unnamed sources

Since then

- No other news org has confirmed the story

- No evidence (photos, medical records) has been produced

Delete Spotify
In April 2024, Spotify implemented a new scheme: songs with less than 1k streams per year would no longer receive royalties.

The data for 2025 was just released via Luminate, and 88% of songs have been demonetized.

Read it again: 88% of songs on Spotify have been demonetized.

I will be blind for life. I have fractures in my skull that they can't fix. They pulled a piece of plastic the size of a nickel out of my eye. I had shards of metal, glass, and plastic behind my eye and in my skull. They said it was a miracle I survived.

@schakowsky.house.gov Noem has clearly violated her oath of office and must be impeached. As a constituent I want to know why your name is not on this list

Also the target of shame isn't just them, it's people who are still figuring out who they should be like. The goal is to make it really unappealing to be like these extremists.
I agree that this administration and the extremists that drive it online have tried to make themselves immune to shame, but their egos are massive and they actively need us to like them, defer to them, laugh at their "jokes". When they start feeling more accountability they'll feel more shame.

They are laying the groundwork to eliminate all transgender people.
"They take your kid, they keep your kid, they change your kid" is the oldest and most vile conspiracy theory in the world and every group targeted by it suffers untold horrors as the public stands idly by.
Trump: "Transgender for everyone! Bring your kids in, we're gonna change the sex of your child. Just send them our way. In some cases, like in Minnesota, they don't even tell the parents. Nobody believes it when I say it. They operate on the kid, they don't tell the parents. It's not believable."

“If a woman dares to show herself in public in any way, then she can and will be sexually harassed with the aid of genAI-driven tools that can easily turn her face into highly realistic pornography” is an absolute red-alarm human rights disaster
The end goal of Grok sexual harassment is to make women afraid to be visible. It’s a punishment for daring to exist in a way the perpetrators can’t control. There’s no one solution to this, because the problem isn’t just technological. It’s cultural. It’s misogyny. This is just one expression of it.
