Please please please please drop support of KOSA and help prevent the repeal of Section 230. Both of these things put tools in the hands of authoritarians to crack down on minority and dissenting speech online.

I don't understand why _this_ is the case you decided to make this argument about. Like, there are plenty of cases where someone stepped over a gray line and was summarily fired, or said something ignorant but not malicious and was fired. But you chose this unambiguously malicious racist case.

I guess in theory a suspension with pay is meant to shame you and make you feel embarrassed about what you did so you won't do it again... but this person is proud of what they did so

I still don't understand how suspension with pay is meant to be a punishment in any context. And your solution for dealing with an open racist is to put them only where other employees will have to deal with them?

And doctors in other countries make a very comfortable living.
