Barnacle Goose Branta leucopsis
I have not but I bet it's like bread pudding but made with donuts.
I'm wondering how long the pegamoose has been there. I don't think I've traveled that stretch of I65 since I moved to PA in 1974.
Do you put out any tasty treats for him?
Be patient and stick with it. We had a problem with Kia financing getting our title after we paid off the car. After a few months of the runaround we filed a complaint with our state's attorney general. We had the title the next week!
If you search "flying Bullwinkle" on Google maps is comes up as a historical landmark Lebanon IN.
Stephan Pastis, I don't know how you come up with these gems!
🪶 Brown-headed Cowbirds at the feeder today. Don't often see them at my feeders!
🪶 Mr. Red-bellied WP clearing out the joint so he can eat in peace!
This is a great reminder to never mess with a 'roo!
We have a fireplace in the family room. Also, I think we might have a kerosene heater around somewhere.
We have a gasoline powered portable generator. We just use it for the refrigerator and a lamp when the power goes out. Longest we've power lost power was was for 4 days.
Hubby and I were driving home & he says "Look at that chicken". So I look up from my phone and the "chicken" was a Black Vulture feasting on a road killed racoon. Obviously, my husband doesn't know birds, and a Black Vulture is noted as a rarity for the Pittsburgh area. Yay me, finally saw one! 🪶 🥧
I have some jars like that, but not with those old type of lids.
The nor'easter a couple of weeks ago caused a lot more than usual shells on OC MD beaches. I don't think I've ever found one this intact all the years I've been going there! I cleaned off a lot of crusty stuff and gave it a light polishing. I believe this is a Knobbed Whelk. 🐚#beachcombing
🪶Lots of "grab and go" breakfast customers this morning!

It's finally starting to look nice here in Pittsburgh also!
