Ok so I'm back on social media... been a while. Mostly I left because I had a falling out with the Liberals and felt like I was better off spending time IRL. Over the summer I did a lot of walking, day trips with the fam, etc.

Cut the pasta in half and the meat by a third or so and fill in the rest with a mix of diverse veg/legumes. Still would be high in sodium/sat fat but at least have some nutrition to it.

What is this fixation on the 2nd strike. It's making it sound like the 1st was legit/lawful in the first place.
Even if they were "drug runners" (an allegation not proven in court) the punishment isn't a death sentence let alone the fact that in International waters IT'S NOT UP TO THE USA AT ALL.
