Endlich mal wieder gesund "gekocht", aber auch nur, weil ich dafür fast nichts machen musste 😂
Drei Mealprep-Behälter mit ungekochten Nudeln befüllt, TK-Gemüsemischung (Brokkoli, Blumenkohl, Bohnen, Erbsen, gelbe und orangene Möhren) oben drauf und dann eine Parmesan-Sauce drüber und in den Ofen 😄

this is why I meal prep tbh I don't want to put effort into anything

one pot/crockpot mealprep recipes I do:
potato leek soup
chicken noodle soup
buffalo chicken dip (eat as is or put over rice)
crack chicken (same as above)

bonus slop: chicken thighs, cream cheese, vegetables, salsa
