(Bloomberg) -- Tesla Inc.'s sales in California are set to be suspended for 30 days as a penalty for allegedly misleading consumers about its driver-assistance technology, according to the head of the state's motor vehicles department.
The agency decided to adopt the recommendation of a suspension from an administrative judge, but the suspension won't take effect for 90 days to allow Tesla to come into compliance, the official said during a press conference Tuesday.

The holy Christmas trinity: someone shat in the fitting room, someone tried to return extravagantly cum stained jeans that were from another shop & accused me of ruining Christmas because I didn’t refund her, then a guy threw a handful of Quality Street at me for not having a coat in his son’s size
