it's mostly coconut milk, white beans(!) and tapioca starch. yeah agar is solidifier. it usually gives a more jelly like texture but i didn't have any so I used the carragenine and that gives more of a cheese like texture and maybe i added a bit too much so that's why it has a very weird mouthfeel
