She's so underrated for that versatility too tbh, it's fun how she can simultaneously be as angry and combative as she is in 8 while also being as nice and polite as she is in SWR

It's no wonder she was a pseudo protagonist for a while, she's a good foil for basicly everyone

Sameeee, I think her being kind of soft and polite works for her (lots of canon examples of it even) but some depictions take that to the extreme of her basicly not having any of her temperment, conviction or even just general social weirdness

I think it's important to ultimately think of even official ports of old games as essentially options that exist for convenience's sake tbh, emulation is kind of the only real option if you care about things that aren't lucky enough to get fancy spit and shines

Btw I got a new attempt at a steam scam on my DMs yesterday, someone asking me to vote for their team at an esports college tournament that later prompted me for my stema login

Real, the overworld and dungeons are a lot more fleshed out and the classes have more stuff stuff build towards. The mage class got a subclass now too, not sure about bandit and warrior? Haven't read the patch notes carefully

Also there's new NPCs like a ghost lady with a big butt

This game's mechanics are super interesting

You press L2 to "sightjack" which let's you see through the eyes of other people by moving the stick, which is mostly used to see through the eyes of a companion but you can also see through the eyes of unidentified things which is... ominous
