Woke up this morning feeling very nervous as it was my oncology review today.
However I have been told that the cancer is now in remission 🥳

All that radiotherapy was worth it. Many thanks to the wonderful people on bluesky who supported me through it. Your messages meant more than you can know.

Yesterday, the UK PM gave a speech at the Lady Mayor's Banquet at the Guildhall, London, an annual event.

And I say to him 'thank you' for what he said on Brexit.

He said "how it was sold and delivered was wrong. Wild promises were made to the British people and not fulfilled."

Before the last doctor strikes Wes Streeting offered a whole range of improvement measures to resident doctors, including more training places, covering costs of exams and better rotas.

But the BMA rejected it, focusing only on pay.

Mansion tax will be paid by less than 1 in 200 homes.

145k out of 30.4m homes.

For every home that will pay something under the new tax, 199 won't.

It's a tax on the 0.5% and 99.5% of us will not pay it.
