I know a lot of Alberta teachers and they strike me as being 100% more trustworthy than the Premier of Alberta.

Honestly, I believe the decline in Anglicanism is less about “straying from the Gospel” and more about the Holy Spirit pruning away the pride and arrogance that came with being the establishment; cutting away the withered branches of colonialism, racism and sexism….

Over the past week, the president said the DOJ should pay him a quarter billion dollars, bulldozed half the White House to build himself a gaudy ballroom, bragged about murdering civilians in international waters, pardoned some more criminals, directed federal prosecutors to indict his opponents ...

A particularly good episode.
Possible answers: (1) They don't exist. (2) They exist, but they're not a majority. (3) They got tired of waiting out the new UCP voting laws. (4) They couldn't be bothered to vote, in which case, in my book, they lose their right to complain.
I find it very interesting that all the noise before the municipal election was that Edmontonians were tired of this city council and wanted change. What do we see tonight? Almost all the incumbents are leading in their wards. Where are these disgruntled people? (1/2)
I’m very pleased about this. Once again, I have more in common politically with my mayor than with my provincial premier or prime minister.
Edmonton, thank you.

I'm excited to build a stronger Edmonton, together.
A few years ago when our church was embroiled in city issues with our building project, Tim Cartmell’s help saved us a pile of money. We have many political disagreements, but I’m grateful to him for being a good ward councillor for us.

shepherd them and carry them for ever.’
