It's funny - the first person I heard flogging Bitcoin was the neighborhood Libertarian who talked it up as a way of using it to avoid taxes and having to contribute to social services for people outside his 'village'.

I only got to hear Todd Snider in concert one time, when a friend who wanted me to hear him invited me to the show at the Great American in SF. It was such a memorable night, and not just because Ramblin Jack Elliott was on stage with him. Sad to hear that Todd Snider has passed on, far too young.
