@olurinatti.bsky.social I loved this retrospective. Hard agree on the villians and reveals of the 2nd and 3rd not being up to par. I also think theres an interesting trend of certain concepts in a sequel that would work better at a different time in the franchise. m.youtube.com/watch?v=czRm...

I want a new album from her so bad.
I wonder what a Kamala and Gavin debate looks like in the 2028 primary.
I wanna see a clip from a show that highlights this writing technique.
Im curious to see how they plan on ending the show, because the way Black people are framed as antagonists is certainly a choice.
This is still on my to watch list, but I happened to see the runtime and was surprised at how short it was. It feels like something that would need to be at least 2 hours.
Do you know if Gon is still unlockable or did they have to remove him?
This actually feels like its the right answer lowkey. 😂
Elissa Slotkin had a similar situation when she went on Breaking Points and got grilled.
I think the takeaway from the last election was that Democrats in general didn't do podcasts/online interviews enough so their teams are trying to book that have people on the left but not expecting pushback.
They both need to return to their roots and give us new Jak and Sly games.
She should and could have stayed until the 7th season where that entire season would have been her stepping down and going to Chicago for her spinoff.
The show ended for me when her character left. I have not tuned into Suits since. lol.
One thing about it, "CAH-STEE-JO" will be pronounced. 😂

Happy 46th Birthday to Mýa! 🎉💜

What are 3️⃣ of your favorite songs by her?
Was this the first iteration of it? Ive seen a lot of people make critiques about how it was advertised one way but felt like a different event when you got there.
Once it came out and people started meme-ifying her, I feel like that influenced the direction the sequel took whare they leaned into the camp factor morr than horror. If I recall, the original writer wasn't as much involved either.
I think the first one was intended as a horror comedy that was somewhere between the tone original Chucky films and the camp of films from Seed of Chucky onward.
The first or second? Or both lol
It's currently on YouTube if anyone wants to listen to the songs in full.
IDK if she would have done a trilogy, but a singular spinoff piece for sure. She almost ended up doing one with her Bond character back in the day but it never took off.
Her character deserved a spinoff imo.
