i don't mind <3 i'm switching, but it won't be for another month or so as I'm weening off the prozac.

tbh thinking on it, melatonin also gave me weird dreams, but im starting to suspect my subconscious is convinced the dream is real and im still awake, so i might just have to tough it out x.x

i have been trying to lucid dream just so i can do just that x.x but it's like my sleeping brain thinks we're awake and it's all real so i don't think the lucid part is working ;3; but imma keep trying! thank you for this <3

it's all good <3 i'm currently weening off of prozac. haven't taken it in about a week though, but im still having side effects, just not as bad. the dreams tho...

i usually have sleep music and i've been taking trazadone, but i might try melatonin again x.x i used to barely remember dreams, but now i remember them all and it's always so...bad. like every anxiety i've ever had rolled into one dream every night x.x

anyone else have anxiety dreams unlocked by an SSRI or medication, and couldn't get them to stop?

did you ever find a way to get them to stop?

my psych seems oblivious to this side effect, but they're constant and non-stop lately

I'll say it: I think its rly annoying and frankly amateurish that writers are constantly told their villains must be understandable or have sympathetic motivation to be interesting or realistic when all our big villains irl are in fact rich, stupid, selfish, trickster dillweeds and always have been
