Dizzy Sheep Disaster features a number of scary enemies that our magnetic sheep must avoid! Ticks are small, but will quickly end her journey. Be careful!

The collection is really cool, but GWR are crap. Just ask Billy Mitchell and Tommy Tallarico.

Hey! Did you get an NES Classic mini console but you don't care about the manual/poster it came with? Put it to use supporting @gamehistoryorg.bsky.social! I'm seeking these out for fundraiser autograph opportunities, but need them ASAP. Let me know! Can pay!

at $100/pack, and more delays than me when I'm supposed to be at work three hours ago. The game is a buggy, crazy mess and is still one of the highest rated games of all time. It's great you're learning from the mistakes, but don't let that keep you from trying Awesome things!

Don't beat yourself up too much. Look at Nintendo and Ocarina of Time - made by, probably the most expierenced company, a team of hundreds of individuals, built on some of the most powerful hardware at the time, with more money thrown at it than you'll probably make if you sold your remaining stock

Can I double my subscription to your email list?

THANK YOU! I had already ordered before your reply, but this is bonus. 😁

Please tell me there's a card explaining the Mason Jar card. And the pooping back and forth forever card.

I already posted this on my main account but here's my required drawing for the day :)

This one has some minor fixes and is pretty close to what I think will be the final version.

Onto drawing lots of bugs next!
An E-Reader card for the game Pixel Pup. It shows an illustration of Franny the dog on the left side, the logo for the game on the right, and a geometric background. On the left there is a call out that says "how to play retrodotcards.com/pixel-pup"

Wow. That's class, right there.

I’ve been working on packaging for Dizzy Sheep Disaster lately, here’s a prototype of the e-reader booster pack design!

The label art is a mockup pending final design from @mteegfx.com, who I know is gonna make it look amazing!

Drawing for October 4th, my first one!

I will try to post a new drawing every day. I am using this account to motivate me to practice and get better.

My main account is @retrodotcards.com , I make games for the Nintendo E-Reader. Stop on by!
Three sketches of Franny the dog. The left is her head with a collar on. The collar has a medallion that says "RDC" on it (retro dot cards). The upper right is a line ink drawing of her entire body, and the lower right is a drawing of her holding up a sign that says "pixel pup".

The bug that crashes Franny Answers is now totally confirmed, as I hit the same bug in PixelPup.

SpriteFree does not truly deallocate sprites. Or maybe it does with an added parameter, who knows? The pitfalls of developing for a proprietary system that has to be reverse engineered to be understood.

I'm super stoked to finally reveal these card designs, y'all. Everything from the text, illustration, and layout are the culmination of something I've been wanting to do for a long, hot minute; and @sarahlynne.bsky.social's been a total blast to work with on it.

So, like, an English and a Japanese "engine" card(s) and just puzzles on the other cards?

Because now I'm wondering what happens with the Animal Crossing mini-games if you scan a wrong-region character card.

Maybe it was made by Wayne Enterprises in the 60s? Their CEO loved to label things back then.

Thanks to @theunclebob.bsky.social's idea I was able to think of an idea that I'm really excited about. Hopefully I can pull it off. And even better, I think I will still have room for yet another feature on top of it.

Who says you can't fit cool games onto pieces of paper?

30 years ago, you were crazy to think "they" were spying on you through your TV. Now, we have smart TVs with cameras connected to the internet and selling every scrap of data they can to anyone willing to pay.

Obviously, the number of puzzles/cards can be adjusted however you want.

Would there be any way possible to split one image across four puzzles on four cards, requiring the player to complete all four puzzles to see the completed image?
