It Hunts You was an old experimetal horror game I made for a Haunted PS1 jam. I wanted to emulate those awkward, very early first person games, letting the monster feel otherworldly by not being bound to the same technical constraints as the rest of the world.

You misspelled "feature"
This looks very interesting indeed. I loved the presentation and format of CBR+PNK and actually have space on my shelf for a zombie game
There's always been a lot of symbolism etc in these shows, which I'm not so good at picking up on myself, so here's a great thread on it.
Watching Better Call Saul. I'm going to rewrite my old thread on the colour, imagery, and symbolism, which holds great purpose in the series, as I go.

Starting with "Uno": fundamental to the series is an image of two lawyers, with a shaft or spill of light of a particular source.
Better Call Saul screenshot: Jimmy and Kim stand in the parking garage in the dark, illuminated by a single beam of electric light. Kim is smoking. Both look depressed, or tense.
What? No! He has to remove the curse!

I need to find a shark.
Option 1:

Hire the wizard to invert interpretations of the word "Smart"

People in suits gain increased intelligence, and with it, crippling awareness of everything stupid they've done

Millions of devices lose internet connectivity and instead get little top hats

OPTION 2:

Big Sock
lets say a wizard has cursed you with a lot of money. you are going to become permanently brain damaged simply by being in possession of so much money. the only way out of it is to spend a lot of money on something ridiculous and not at all useful

what would you buy to break the curse?
It is certainly noisy! I'm just trying to keep track of individual little bits
I'm fairly sure @alfredvalley.bsky.social has a character called "The Tickler" which was concerning enough before he started a doomsday cult
I've seen detailed recruitment and organisation setups, meat shops, multiple hitmen for hire, union and church literature, pro and anti syndicate protests and I'm only scraping the surface
There's some really impressive stuff on here already! People are going wild with RP and faction stuff and it's barely started!
on Tuesday, October 14th, as a part of Mothership Month 25, I'm going to launch another real-time play-by-post wargame, open to the public, called OVER/UNDER. the server will open to players on Monday the 13th, but in the meantime you can read about it here: samsorensen.blot.im/mothership-m...

For the Shadow of the Colossus story, we interviewed 14 people including project leads Fumito Ueda and Kenji Kaido, hired Gravity Rush concept artist Takeshi Oga to illustrate the cover, and put together a 10,000-word story with help from @milkman.bsky.social @shmuplations.bsky.social and others.

Ideal for stealth and infiltration missions, Synskin Armour provides its wearer with deсent protection while allowing complete freedom of movement. Although it's not a traditional armour, it's still often used by Inquisitorial agents, elite forces and assassins.

This should be interesting. I've been following the channel off and on, and seeing it coalesce into a playable setting is quite exciting. I was impressed with the production values @mythworks.bsky.social put into CBR+PNK so I'll be interested to ser how this comes out.
Still haunted by the meta advert of a bunch of people sat in a circle talking about valentine's non-plans in what appeared to be an abandoned school gym. It was the saddest conversation in the saddest location, bereft of imagination or joy. Just pathetic.
Also the fact that it had already been done better, at least twice, and thier conept of a universal interconnected metaverse offered no solutions to the myriad of technical problems that occur at even the most foundational levels.
Plus their actual use cases for it was "meetings" and thats about it.
Attempting to secure funding for important research like this is near impossible in a purely profit driven system like ours. The people deserve to know, and researchers should be able to further the whole of human knowledge without market based financial constraints. Yet another reason we need UBI.
has a single person really laughed their ass off or is it all one more big fuckin lie?
"full-fledged" is probably giving it a bit too much credit! It's just some of the book assets and few components I thought would be useful, supplemented by some excellent tools created by the TTS community. I'll see how I can improve it, but it should be enough to play with for now.
What printer are you using now?
I would be very interested.

Wait, you mean people create things of value when they aren't desperately clawing for baseline sustenance?
Damn. This is amazing. £325 per week, paid monthly, for 3 years - and the result was a profit for the Irish economy:

Post from Threads user rodneyowl: "Ireland has declared the Basic Income for Artists scheme permanent. This will be officially announced in tomorrow’s budget. Details to follow. Congratulations to all who fought for it and the present and future artists of all sorts in Ireland. That includes me 👌We’re just comin to the end of a 3 year pilot scheme. It’s been a roaring success. For every €1 paid out to the 2000 participants, the government got €1.46 back. Can’t argue with that. Other countries are already taking note."
They've all rolled 1's! You've cursed the timeline! Cursed!
I liked Brigador's approach to this. Mechs are expensive and difficult to maintain, but top brass saw a presentation of one sticking it's foot through a tank and threw money at it.
My phone was muted but I could still hear it
