I did help create a whole organization to pursue this and we will be defending the public right to access ballots in the courts in more than one state.
Everything is predicated on us "gaining a good deal of the narrative" we will be attacked, and we need everyone batting these back with us.

It shouldn’t surprise us, that we see evidence that the Rs cheated in 2024 and even in 2020 and 2016.
What is surprising is the extent we are finding it. It correlates to a few tabulator brands used on ~70% of the vote. Malware is invisible, so it’s not pollworkers fault. We have all been hacked!

Vaclav Havel wrote about the importance of pointing out the law in a totalitarian society - it may not help in a situation where the government makes and enacts laws willy-nilly, but calling it out keeps the insanity of it all in the open for all to see.
