among other things: TN-07, the Congressional district that voted today, is the result of gerrymandering - Nashville, which used to have its own congressman, was split into thirds, and TN07 contains one of the thirds. The rest of it is rural.

Not a doctor, but it appears the veins are collapsing from repeated IV treatments, and the doctor(s) may have installed a port for the continuous IV treatment, which is being “COVERED UP” by the Band-Aids.
